If you've seen what Byron has to offer and you're looking for a little adventure away from the mainstream you should venture out to this little hidden swimming spot at Coopers Creek. You'll need a car as it's about a 30 minute drive out of town but it's absolutely worth it for a little slice of private paradise. When you get to the spot you'll find a causeway with a flowing river, look for the lightly trodden path and follow it downstream about 50 metres until you come to a little rocky beach landing where you can jump in the water.

Heading out from Byron? Grab yourself some epic sushi for the road from Street Sushi. Great value, heaps of fillings to choose from. Go for a couple of rolls or make it a deal with a smoothie for $12. Located in the Cavanbah Arcade near main beach.
